Established in 2013, Art Happening specializes in narrative study, articulating fleeting memories about objects in the visual language of contemporary art and design. Through the reinterpretation of issues, Art Happening creates new contexts, inviting viewers to resonate with new understandings of the reinterpretation of issues in question and themselves and explore the different dimensions of the issue-based curation. By exploring the diverse possibilities at the intersection of culture, creativity, and design, Art Happening aims to foster a closer connection between arts and culture and the broader audience.
Natasha Lo is the founder and CEO of Art Happening. She specializes in issue-based curation and arts and culture-oriented exhibition design. She is also proficient in combining local culture with artistic presentations to spark fresh creative energy.
TRYFUN DESIGN is an interdisciplinary creative team established by Chien-yu Peng and Yu-han Huang. Their portfolio spans cinematic arts, theater stage design, commercial interior design, arts and culture venues, award ceremonies, art installations, interior design, prop production, and concert stage design. Their work has garnered acclaim from The New York Times.

The various facets of citizen life forms the basis of the cityscape. To promote urban renewal with aesthetic aspirations and realize visions of better development, urban and rural landscapes of New Taipei City have underwent transformations through various municipal initiatives over the years. Such process involves industrial planning and developing residential areas, tourism and transportation infrastructure, and connects this city's past, present and future.
