Free admission, no reservation required. Welcome to join the guided tours during the specified times at each exhibition area. Each tour approximately 30 minutes.

Yingge Ceramic Museum

Weekdays: 11:30, 14:30, 17:30

Weekends: 11:30, 14:30, 17:30, 19:30

Group size: 20 to 40 people

Registration deadline is 5 days prior to the chosen time slot (please refer to ticketing hours for details).
If a time slot is marked as "sold out," it means that slot is fully booked.
Each group needs to apply for only one ticket; please do not duplicate applications.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation details from our staff within 3 days.

Visitor Guidelines

To ensure the quality of your visit, please kindly adhere to the following guidelines and the "Visitor Guidelines for Each Exhibition Hall." Any behavior that jeopardizes safety or disrupts the visiting experience may result in advices, intervention, refusal of entry, or removal by the 2023 Taiwan Design Expo organizers.

• It is strictly prohibited to bring any restricted or dangerous items, liquids, bottles, or cans into all park areas and exhibition halls.

• Please keep your voices low while visiting, refraining from loud conversations or actions that may disturb other visitors.

• Do not engage in activities such as running, climbing railings, eating, drinking, smoking, lying on seats, removing shoes, or littering.

• Selfie sticks, tripods, luggage, large objects, and toys are not allowed during the visit.

• Please refrain from engaging in commercial, educational, or hobbyist photography, including commercial photography, photography classes, portrait photography, and group photography. If the organizers determine the photography has disrupted the experience quality of the visit or the exhibition, they reserve the right to prohibit such activities.

• Animals are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces, except for guide dogs and other professional service animals.

• To maintain the quality of the visit, crowd control measures are in place. The organizers may control entry and adjust visitor flow as needed.

• Without prior permission, gatherings, public speeches, gambling, impromptu performances, parades, selling, distributing advertisements, promotional materials, or any other business activities are strictly prohibited.

Guidelines for Visitor of New Taipei City Art Museum

• Cars and motorbikes (except work vehicles) are prohibited from entering.

• Riding bicycles or scooters (except work vehicles) is prohibited.

• Prohibited items or dangerous materials are not allowed inside the museum.

• If you bring pets, please keep them on a leash, take appropriate protective measures, and clean up after them.

• Rollerblading, skateboarding, kite-flying, or ball games are not allowed.

• Camping, fire building, or outdoor cooking are not permitted.

• Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited.

• Feeding or mercy release is not allowed.

• Please do not damage the plants or public facilities.

• Without prior permission, vending or peddling is prohibited.

• Operating drones without permission is not allowed.

• The entire museum is a no-smoking area.

For matters not covered here, relevant regulations shall apply.

Guidelines for Visitors of Yingge Ceramic Museum

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking (including outdoors and at the Ceramic Art Park).

• No food and beverage indoors (except in the restaurant).

• Do not bring umbrellas indoors or into the exhibition halls.

• Electric mobility scooters are restricted from entering (only 4-wheel electric mobility scooters with a length of 120cm or less and a turning diameter of 150cm or less are allowed).

• Please set your mobile phone to vibrate or silent mode.

• Do not use loudspeakers.

• Please do not touch the exhibits.

• Avoid making noise, running, climbing railings, or crossing the red lines.

• Do not lie on seats, take off your shoes, or prop up your legs.

• Broadcasting services are not provided.

• When taking introduction brochures, please take only what you need.

Please adhere to the above regulations, and for any other visitor guidelines, refer to on-site announcements.

By Bus

To New Taipei City Art Museum and Yingge National Sports Center, it is recommended to take:

【5005 Route】 Taoyuan - Yingge (via Jianshan): Get off the bus at "Yingge Railway Station," walk through Yingge Railway Station to Wenhua Road, and pass through the MRT corridor for a 6-minute walk.
【5101 Route】 Daxi - Yingge (via Zhongxin): Get off the bus at "Yingge Railway Station," walk through Yingge Railway Station to Wenhua Road, and pass through the MRT corridor for a 6-minute walk.
【981 Route】 Beidashè Community - Yingge: Transfer from National Taiwan University, Sanxia Old Street, or Ermàzhùgōng Hospital (Fùxīng Road) to get off the bus at either "New Taipei City Art Museum" or "Yingge Railway Station" and walk through Yingge Railway Station to Wenhua Road, passing through the MRT corridor for a 6-minute walk.
【F652 Route】 Ermàzhùgōng Hospital - Yingge District Office: Transfer from Ermàzhùgōng Hospital (Fùxīng Road) to get off the bus at "417 Wenhua Road," turn right onto Guanqian Road, and walk 8 minutes.
【702 Route】 Sanxia - Banqiao: Transfer from Banan Line MRT Banqiao Station, MRT Fuzhong Station, Banqiao Bus Terminal, or Taiwan Railways Shulin Station (Rear Station) to get off the bus at "Yingge Railway Station," exit at "Wenhua Road," and walk through the "MRT corridor" for 6 minutes.
【917 Route】 Yingge - Tucheng: Transfer from Banan Line MRT Yongning Station to get off the bus at "New Taipei City Art Museum."
【939 Sub-line】 Yingge - Taipei City Government: Transfer from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Ren'ai Road, Section 4) to get off the bus at "New Taipei City Art Museum" (Note: This route does not operate on holidays).
【731 Ceramic Art Mountain and Water Circle Line】: Passes through Yingge Railway Station, Beiyingshe Community (Yingge Stone), Sanying Transfer Station, New Taipei City Art Museum, Ceramic Art Museum, Yingge Ceramic Old Street, Jianguo Road, Yingge No. 3 Park, Tongqing Neighborhood Activity Center, Yingge Junior High School, Wufu Market, Yule Street Intersection, Yuzhi Road Intersection, Guoqing Street Intersection, Wenchang Street Intersection, Nanying Meeting Hall (Jianguo Market), Yingge Railway Station.

To Yingge Ceramics Museum, it is recommended to take:

【851 Route】 Beidashè Community - Yingge Vocational High School: Get off the bus at "Ceramic Art Museum Station," and walk along Guanqian Road for 8 minutes.
【731 Ceramic Art Mountain and Water Loop】: Passes through Yingge Railway Station, Beiyingshe Community (Yingge Stone), Sanying Transfer Station, New Taipei City Art Museum, Ceramic Art Museum, Yingge Ceramic Old Street, Jianguo Road, Yingge No. 3 Park, Tongqing Neighborhood Activity Center, Yingge Junior High School, Wufu Market, Yule Street Intersection, Yuzhi Road Intersection, Guoqing Street Intersection, Wenchang Street Intersection, Nanying Assembly Hall (Guangguang Market), Yingge Railway Station.

To Tongqing Civic Activity Center, it is recommended to take:

【731 Ceramic Art Mountain and Water Loop】: Passes through Yingge Railway Station, Beiyingshe Community (Yingge Stone), Sanying Transfer Station, New Taipei City Art Museum, Ceramic Art Museum, Yingge Ceramic Old Street, Jianguo Road, Yingge No. 3 Park, Tongqing Neighborhood Activity Center, Yingge Junior High School, Wufu Market, Yule Street Intersection, Yuzhi Road Intersection, Guoqing Street Intersection, Wenchang Street Intersection, Nanying Meeting Hall (Jianguo Market), Yingge Railway Station.

By Car

Only limited paid parking is available in the Yingge area; it is recommended to use public transportation to reach the exhibition venue.

Driving Directions to New Taipei City Art Museum and Yingge Civil Sports Center:

A. Via National Highway No. 2: Take the "18 Da'nan Interchange (Bade-Yingge)" exit towards Yingge. Proceed on Fude 1st Road, then turn right onto Yingtao Road, and continue onto Zhongshan Road and Zhongzheng 1st Road. Finally, turn right onto Wenhua Road and then right onto Guanqian Road to reach the destination.

B. Via National Highway No. 3 (Northbound): Take the "50A Yingge" exit, cross the Sanying Bridge, and proceed onto Wenhua Road. Then, turn right onto Guanqian Road to reach the destination.

Driving Directions to the Yingge Ceramics Museum:

A. Via National Highway No. 2: Take the "18 Da'nan Interchange (Bade-Yingge)" exit towards Yingge. Proceed on Fude 1st Road, then turn right onto Yingtao Road, and turn right onto Guoqing Street. Finally, turn right onto Wenhua Road to reach the destination.

B. Via National Highway No. 3: Take the "50A Yingge" exit, cross the Sanying Bridge, and proceed onto Wenhua Road to reach the destination.

Driving Directions to The Tongqing Village Activity Center:

A. Via National Highway No. 2: Take the "18 Da'nan Interchange (Bade-Yingge)" exit towards Yingge. Proceed on Fude 1st Road, turn right onto Yingtao Road, then right onto Jianshanpu Road to reach the destination.

B. Via National Highway No. 3: Take the "50A Yingge" exit, cross the Sanying Bridge, and proceed onto Wenhua Road, then turn left onto Guoqing Street and left onto Jianshanpu Road to reach the destination. (Jianshanpu Road is a pedestrian zone on holidays.)"

Only limited paid parking is available in the Yingge area; it is recommended to use public transportation to reach the exhibition venue.

To New Taipei City Art Museum and Yingge Civil Sports Center

Fengming Replanning Zone Temporary Free Parking Lot * Limited during the exhibition period from October 6th to October 22nd, 09:30 to 22:00 (extended to 23:00 on holidays)
Parking Lot Address: Yingge District, Fengfu Road, and Fengming Road Intersection
How to get there: Take exit "Bade Yingge (18 Danan) Interchange" towards Yingge Road, turn left at the Fengming Road intersection, and drive to 155 Fengfu Road (odd-numbered side) to reach the parking lot.

Please make good use of the "Fengming Parking Lot Free Shuttle Bus."
Shuttle service hours: Weekdays 10:00-21:00, weekends 10:00-22:00

Shuttle locations:
Frequency: Every 15-20 minutes on weekdays, every 10-15 minutes on weekends, subject to passenger demand.

Lijian parking lot, North Side Parking Lot of Sanying Transfer Station, South Side Parking Lot of Sanying Transfer Station, Beiying Parking Lot, Sanying Water Resource Recycling Center (for both cars and motorcycles).
