Established in 2013, Art Happening specializes in narrative study, articulating fleeting memories about objects in the visual language of contemporary art and design. Through the reinterpretation of issues, Art Happening creates new contexts, inviting viewers to resonate with new understandings of the reinterpretation of issues in question and themselves and explore the different dimensions of the issue-based curation. By exploring the diverse possibilities at the intersection of culture, creativity, and design, Art Happening aims to foster a closer connection between arts and culture and the broader audience.

A well-established transportation network is an indispensable part of urban development. The more advanced the transportation system, the faster the city grows. In the commute circle formed by New Taipei City, Taipei City, Keelung City, and Taoyuan City, Banqiao stands as a pivotal transportation hub in Taiwan's western corridor. The convergence of various transportation routes has brought about an infinite influx of people and development opportunities. The launch of the MRT Circular Line has notably enhanced the bond among districts of New Taipei City. Looking ahead, the Banqiao-Taishan Light Rail will connect even more administrative districts, unlocking greater potential for urban economic growth. Banqiao remains New Taipei City's beating heart of transportation from the past to the future.
